Diana Jelmini is a lyric soprano based in New York City. She received her classical training from Westminster Choir College where she received a B.M. in Vocal Performance and Musical Theatre. Her most recent work has been dedicated to the creation of her thesis project, The Life and Love of Lotte Lenya, which earned her a M.M. in Musical Theatre from The Boston Conservatory.

At Boston Symphony Hall, Ms. Jelmini sang the role of Maria from West Side Story and Cunegonda from Candide with the Boston Pop’s in the “Bernstein Tribute” under the direction of Keith Lockhart. She performed the role of Edythe Herbert from My One and Only and Edith in Pirates of Penzance with The College Light Opera Company in Cape Cod, MA. Additionally, she is a member of the Pacific Encore Performers and travels around the tri-state area with them performing works in the operatic and musical theatre repertoire.

Diana is a native of Bakersfield, CA, and teaches private voice and piano lessons in Ramsey, NJ.
